As I cycled along the seafront this afternoon the setting sun transformed West Worthing into a blazing painted backdrop from a spaghetti western. As I looked on the scene, I recalled the rousing strains of Ennio Morricone's Ecstasy of Gold, imagining bandit Tuco running around the wooden posts and rocks at West Parade's shingle beach garden, searching for the grave of Arch Stanton.

Thanks! I took the photos with my camera, a Sony Cybershot 14.1 - nothing fancy but takes nice pics. Yes, we've had some brilliant skies lately, Worthing is beautiful in wintertime.
Beautiful pics. Yes, Worthing does have a special quality and many faces throughout the seasons.
